pumpkin spice pancakes


Ingredients:
Directions:
  1. Preheat griddle to medium heat.


  2. Mix oat flour, Splenda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg in a bowl.


  3. Wisk egg whites and pumpkin. Mix in Almond Breeze.


  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix together.


  5. Spray griddle with non-stick butter spray.


  6. Scoop batter with a 1/4 cup measuring cup onto griddle. Cook 3-5 minutes on a side.

  7. Makes 10 pancakes.

deep sea subs

1   large carrot
1   head lettuce
1  medium cucumber
1   16-ounce loaf french bread
1/2 of an 8-ounce container
light dairy sour cream
ranch dip
8-ounces thinly sliced
assorted deli meats
(such as roast beef,
ham and/or turkey)
4 ounces thinly sliced
mozzarella or provolone
cheese use the vegetable
peeler to peel carrot
 cut of ends of carrots
rub the carrot across the
shredder to make long
thin strips use sharp
knife to cut head of
lettuce from top to
bottom again to
make 4 pieces
cut one piece into
long thin strips
cut cucumber
in half into thin slices
use the serrated
knife to cut bread
in half lengthwise
use the knife
to spread cut
sides of bread
with dip place carrot
lettuce cucumber
meat and cheese
on bottom half
of bread

rice crispys

this is my friend Olivia this is her recipe of rice crispys


ingredients
1 full box of rice crispys cereal
1/2 stick butter melted
2 half bag marshmallow
cooking tools
1 pan 
pan spray
instructions
melt butter in pan then melt marshmallows in pan then put rice crispys in pan and mix cool for 1-2 minutes bake at 350 bake for 15 minutes after your done you can put sprinkles on.

2 1/2 cups cubed, seeded watermelon, cantaloupe, or honeydew melon 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries thawed 1/4 cup sugar 1 tablespoon lemon juice.

swim-in in peanut butter

this is my second idem for you its called swim-min in peanut butter this is what you need :
8-ounce package reduced-fat cream cheese (neufchatel)
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 to 3 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons honey
assorted dippers such as celery sticks
peeled jicama sticks carrot sticks
apple wedges
pear wedges or graham cracker sticks  

FIFIS FRENCH TOAST

this is my first recipe I call I it FIFIS FRENCH TOAST this is what you need:
2eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon if you like
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
6 slices firm-textured white bread*
sliced peaches  and/or strawberries
and/or powdered sugar if you like......
